Altered Heart Conditions

In this painting I have shown different states of a heart. Some of which are gray in color which are hard and stony or dead. The red part is alive. Apart from this, there is also a wound on him. In it, fire is painted in one place and flower in another. I want to convey that there are different states of the heart which do not stay the same but keep changing.
